Thanks for posting this. I've also found kellymom to be a great resource. I've only been back to work for 3 weeks so far, and so far so good. As a matter of fact, kellymom has a great tip on there for using hairbands to turn your double pump into a hands-free pump, and this has made it so much easier for me to not spill anything when I'm adjusting the settings.

Thanks for posting this great advice. It is such a challenge to breastfeed and work full time, but I think it is so worth it to stick with it even when it's challenging. Personally, I was fortunate enough to have a nice private room (with a lock) to pump in, and a circle of co-workers that were a great support to me. I am thankful that I was able to breastfeed for as long as I was able to meet demand.

This made me laugh... especially as one of the girls who picks your brain about all things mommy in the lovely hall of our office! Despite your continuously encouraging words... I just had to give it up. I wanted to make it a year but I couldn't do it. I was so upset and depressed about it... there is so much pressure to be an EBF Mom but working full time is ROUGH. I loved breastfeeding... and feel so fortunate that I was able to do it for 6 months so I've come to terms with the fact that I didn't make it a year. I think it's important for us to forgive ourselves, or never bear that burden in the first place. Doing as much as we can do is all that we can ask of ourselves. :)
